Harry Keirns - President

Founder, chairman, and CEO of KMW Systems, a communications and graphics company, which twice won an Inc. magazine's award as one of the fastest growing private companies in the US and went public.

Harry has also been President of AGT, JRL Seismic, and Community Technology. He held several high level management positions at B.F. Goodrich Tire Co. including Assistant to the President, Director MIS, and Systems Manager for manufacturing and engineering systems. He was also the Director of MIS for Gould's Peripheral Products division and in charge of the operating system, compiler, and diagnostic software development for the world's first parallel processing super computer, the Illiac IV.

Bruce Carroll - Director Of Technology

PhD work at Texas A&M. He co-founded Powerware Solutions in 1994, a privately held company that provides energy management solutions for the water utility industry. Among his roles as Vice-President were research, design, software development (C, C++, Java, HTML, Lisp, Basic, Pascal, JavaScript, Assembly, SQL), technical support, system/ne

Bruce has a diverse background in engineering, finance, mathematics, operations research and computer science. Mr. Carroll holds a B.S. in Engineering and M.S. in Finance from the University of Illinois as well as extensive. Bruce has worked with a leading pioneer of process modeling while attending Texas A&M, culminating in a project to model the high performance gearbox manufacturing/design process at Bell Helicopter/Textron.

Bruce's 17 years of software development experience includes work with Software Associates and Texas Instruments.

Outside the office Bruce is a want a be golfer and plays off a 8 handicap as well as being keen Gardener

John McClellan - Director Of Sales

As Director of Sales, John is responsible for driving Cellterra’s growth through expansion of the client base and revenue. Prior to joining Cellterra, John served as Enterprise Sales Manager for Forgent Networks. John and his team directly managed and grew the relationships with clients such as Verizon, Hitachi Data Systems, Bank of Montreal and many more. John’s expertise is in sales leadership, achieving growth goals, and building and motivating world-class teams of sales people coupled with a strong understanding of how business operates in emerging markets.

John previously worked as Strategic Sales Manager at Pervasive Software in Austin, TX, an enterprise-database firm specializing in solving the most complex business problems through technology solutions. John worked directly with many of Pervasive’s key customers, leveraging his BA in Marketing from the University of Texas in Austin.

When not in the office, John can be found peddling his bicycle, or hiking the trails. He’s a self-proclaimed “Grill Master” and grows most of his own vegetables served as sides for BBQ parties

Mark Scott - Director Of Engineering

Mark has been a networking specialist since 1995. Before joining our team, he worked for a Internet Service Provider, supporting host's network, dealing with peering between other hosts to establish backup routes to keep critical data flowing. This is where he mastered the application of network protocols used for interconnecting the Internet.

Mark has used his knowledge to implement a number of custom IP protocols, as well as designed and developed a TCP/IP stacks for microcontrollers

Mark likes to be outdoors in his spare time he enjoys running, cycling and playing Frisbee golf! His love is his 1974 Chevrolet Nova that he has had since high school , now tricked out this a true muscle car with more to come when he gets the time.

Alan Humphrey - Director Of Business Development

Alan a native Brit, is Responsible for managing new business development, marketing and strategic planning to maximize growth and profitability. Prior to this Alan was Co -founder of NLynx Systems a leading supplier of IBM connectivity Solutions. Alan was also served as VP of Sales and Marketing for Andrew Corporation Network Division. Alan brings over 25 years of sales and marketing experience, before Relocating to the US. Alan was also served as Managing Director of Andrew’s European Network Division.

Though out his career Alan has worked in the emerging technology arena with such company as Telex, General Computer Systems and Interscan Data systems. All leaders in their fields at the time of inception.

For R&R Alan ardent follower of Formula 1 racing and his goal before dying is to attend all the F1 races around the world he has already completed over half the venues with Monaco and the Hungaroring in Budapest being among the favorites. Alan also enjoys recreational boating and DIY projects.

Phaedra Chandler - Director Of Software

Phaedra has 20 years of experience in the development and deployment of database technology market. At SoftCraft, Inc. (now Pervasive), Phaedra enhanced and maintained Btrieve, the first PC database for developers, as well as implementing it on various platforms, including NetWare server loadable modules, IBM client networks, and SCO Unix., Phaedra worked for Sterling Information Group, Inc. providing consulting services to various large and small clients., including Whole Foods Markets, Radian, and Motorola, as well as smaller companies.

Phaedra has extensive programming experience in currently popular programming languages and environments, with recent work on websites developed with Microsoft ASP.NET and SQL Server. Ms. Chandler holds a Bachelors degree in Computer Science from the University of Texas.

Outside of the office, Phaedra is often curled up reading. Other hobbies include sudoku and crossword puzzles. She also enjoys the occasional game of Frisbee with her terrier, Tyler, and developing her skills in physical activities such as ballroom dance, Tai Chi, and karate.
